Before I jump into catching everyone up on current events revolving around this case, I want to remind everybody of why we are here.

CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY

This case grabbed our attention, enraged us and broke our hearts.  Sure, I got Donna out of the deal (and am glad I did J ), but we have heard nothing but a crazy tangled web of lies and deceit from this family from the very beginning.  We have seen one of the world’s most outrageous cases come to light, from the failure to report a beautiful 2 year old baby girl missing, right through to finding her bones with duct tape over her mouth in a black garbage bag in a ditch.

THIS IS WHY WE ARE HERE

We love you Caylee Marie, you are one of our own baby girl. 

Alright – Now for the details! 

This Tuesday morning on the 24^th of May, 2011 the criminal trial of Casey Anthony finally began, 3 long years after she murdered her own daughter.  The opening statements were well thought out and detail orientated from the state, and quite the opposite, rambling, accusatory and completely ridiculous from the defence.

For the first time in the case, Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick made statements to the effect that the duct tape was the actually murder weapon.  ( Uhhhh, ya think?)  She was composed and near her opening statement well.  She laid out everything to come in the trial for the jurors in condensed form, and essentially proved herself as being a huge asset for the prosecution.

Jose Baez however was not as composed.  All though I bet it is hard to be when you are lying so much, you trip up every once in a while.

Bombshell #1 – Baez claims Caylee did drown in the Anthony pool on June 16^th accidently.  (Does anyone really believe that? – And oh it gets better!)  Baez then adamantly commented that George Anthony held Caylee’s lifeless body in his arms after the drowning, and immediately blamed Casey, yelling “Look what you’ve done, your mother will never forgive you”.

Bombshell #2 – Baez actually BELIEVES this one – George Anthony started sexually molesting Casey at age 8 (here is where we get the “have her dad’s penis in her mouth” comment – AND YOU ARE ALL RIGHT – I AM TRADE MARKING THAT FUCKING SLOGAN.  Imagine a shirt with “Casey Anthony had her dad’s penis in her mouth” on a T-Shirt!  Email me your orders folks!).

George Anthony was the first witness to the stand in the trial – where he denied all the accusations made by the defence – and I have to admit, I don’t believe George did anything Baez claimed.  He has done some questionable things when sticking beside Casey – BUT that was after the fact, and I believe he was the least involved.  George and Cindy were surprised with the defence’s accusations (many of us were not surprised by the accusations, but by their timing….).  Looks to me like Casey just lost her only supporters, as George and Cindy were later seen sitting behind the state. BOO-FUCKING-YA! I can’t believe I am going to say this, but I almost hope George files a slander suit against Casey and the defence. 

And Here is a little shout out to Judge Perry, who, in my opinion, is the perfect man for the job!

Alright my angry little bloggers, let loose ……

I am sure I would also find being charged with murdering my daughter funny ….. UN – FUCKING – BELIEVABLE!

Since the summer of 2008, we have all been disgusted, shattered and absolutely heartbroken at the story that developed regarding the death of Caylee Marie Anthony, and the murderer – Casey Anthony, the little girl’s own MOTHER, and I use that term VERY loosely.  We have fought for the truth and justice, and we have fallen in love with Caylee as if she were our own.  We have followed the gory details, looked at the pictures, and watched the heart breaking movies, and continued to stand, demanding to be heard as the voice of Caylee Marie.

Today, we are now awaiting the trial for the murder of Caylee Marie against Casey Anthony.  We will not sit back quietly, not until justice is served.  And while this is a sad day that we must continue to fight for justice for a murdered innocent baby girl, we are one step close, finally, 3 years later.  The trial is slated to begin with jury selection on May 9^th, 2011. 

Currently, the biggest piece of latest news we are all waiting to hear, is if Chief Judge Belvin Perry will Rule to allow the Human Decomposition Air Test evidence, taken from Casey the Skank Anthony’s car trunk, into the murder trial. This ruling will hold great significance, not only on the outcome of the trial, but because this would be the first time in US history that testing results like this were allowed to be used in a criminal trial.  This is easily one of the more compelling pieces of evidence the prosecution has, as the air samples conducted by the University of Tennessee CONFIRM the presence of human decomposition in Casey Anthony’s car trunk.  SIDE NOTE FOR CINDY ANTHONY – these tests would not show a ‘false positive’ reading from a rotting pizza ….. but good try bitch.  While this evidence would be yet another overwhelming blow to the defense, it is not the only piece of evidence pointing directly at Casey Anthony in the murder of her own daughter.  The stories which began to emerge in the summer of 2008, and continued to grow, along with mounting evidence, have painted an overall (disturbing) picture of just what happened to this beautiful little girl in her last days of life – and all points right at her mother ruthlessly murdering her so that the little girl may no longer be a ‘hindrance’ on her mother’s partying lifestyle.

Many rulings have already been made in regards to the evidence which will be allowed into the murder trial of Caylee Marie Anthony.  So far the key evidence we will be hearing about during the trial is as follows:

• Heart Sticker Evidence
  • Found on the Duct tape attached to Caylee Marie’s remains (RIP angel girl), was a small amount of residue in the shape of a heart sticker.  A heart sticker exact in shape and size was found near the remains.  It appears that the heart sticker was deliberately placed on the duct tape over Caylee’s mouth.  (I assure you, the 2 year old was not ‘decorating’ her new mouth gear courtesy of mom …… Casey needs to be stoned to death.)  And placing a heart sticker over the duct taped, presumably used to hold a cloth soaked in homemade chloroform in the toddler’s mouth is exactly the little touches that psychopath Casey Anthony may find appropriate.  This evidence disgusts me and disturbs me the most – was she decorating her dead daughter????  DAMNIT this is pissing me off all over again!
• Death Hairband Evidence
  • A single key hair found in the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car, showed DNA results that it was quite possibly a hair belonging to Caylee Marie, not only did the hair confirm it was quite likely Caylee’s, it showed a very distinct death band (a dark coloration near the root of the hair which is a sign of early decomposition and can only come from a deceased person as the hair sluffs off the body.).
• Chloroform Testing Evidence
  • There are many details to the Chloroform evidence being allowed into trial, including, searches on ‘how to make chloroform’ on the Anthony home computer, tests showing elevated (there is a stand amount allowed????? WTF?) levels of chloroform from Casey Anthony’s car trunk.  According to a research scientist, tests run on the air and carpeting in the trunk of the car show massive amounts of potentially deadly chloroform.
• Canine Search Evidence
  • While Canines were searching the Anthony family home and Casey Anthony’s car, a highly trained canine sat down, after smelling around the car, near the bumper of the car immediately pointing to the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car, indicating the presence of human decomposition in the trunk.  (This is one dog that Casey Anthony would definitely claim ‘Is not her’s’ HAHA).  The same canine, and another canine on a separately conducted search also both alerted to the SAME areas in the Anthony’s back yard, again indicating the presence of human decomposition.

Another mind blowingly stupid point we are being made aware of now is Casey Anthony‘s parents want to be excused from a rule of sequestration that may be invoked during her upcoming murder trial because they are listed as witnesses but want to attend the proceedings.  (WTF? ….. Yeah, you are reading this right!) George and Cindy Anthony‘s attorney filed a motion late Monday saying their constitutional rights would be prejudiced if they were excluded from “crucial stages” of the proceedings.  The motion said victims of crimes, including the next-of-kin of homicide victims, have the right to be present, “to the extent that it does not interfere with the constitutional rights of the accused.”

I am sure as we proceed along to jury selection and trial, we will be updated with more and more mind numbingly stupid motions and arguments.  But rest assured gang, I will keep this updated as frequently as I possibly can, so at least when they pull us aside to ask why we beat the living shit out of her, we can provide a list of reasons.

Maybe she is considering using the “It’s not my daughter!” defense.  She never deserved Caylee.

Let’s see if they really want to read about Russian Doll Collecting, Chess Rules or The ABC’s of Quilting.  Feel free to continue chatting as usual, maybe this will put an end to the crap.  We’ll see!!  If not, the POOF power lives on!  LOL!

Don’t forget to light those candles and/or leave those porch lights on every night for Caylee. Remember, until she is found, we will continue to light her way home!

HELL YES!  Murder 1 indictment has been handed down as well as 6 other indictments.  You see Casey, you can’t hide from us.  We know what you did, and we will see to it that justice is served for Caylee.  You and your ENTIRE family will be forced to pay for what you all have done to that baby girl. 

The trial is, as of today, still set to begin mid-November, so get the popcorn ready, book the time off work and settle in to see this case come to an end.  It is about time it did, the Anthony’s have been in the spotlight for FAR too long now, and the next time I want to see them is standing side by side behinf those dirty metal bars.

In the mean time, we need to all continue standing together and remaining the voice of Caylee, demanding justice be served and demanding that this baby be found and brought home.

So here we are, nearly 4 months since little Miss. Caylee Marie was last seen. Just when we all think this case cannot get any more complicated or crazy – the scum sucking, crazy ass Anthony’s strike again.

So Casey wants to go search for Caylee now hunh,and wants it all to be kept a big secret?? Is she really that insane and stupid?? Does she really think that after nearly 17 weeks, after 116 days, after 2784 hours, after 167,040 minutes of her daughter being missing, that she is going to come across as sincere and honestly concerned?? Casey – you might be that stupid, but we are not. You could only have wanted a secret rendezvous for a few reasons, 1) you want to make sure all evidence is completely gone or hid, 2) you wanted a new place to ‘pay’ Baez, 3) you thought you could somehow make a run of it OR 4) you missed being in the spotlight and thought this would be a great way to get the attention back on you.

Well – I am elated to say that your time has come RC. LE (just for you Donna – LOL!!) is going to the grand jury on Tuesday October 14^th, with the hopes (and oh, IT WILL HAPPEN) of charging you with homicide. KARMA IS A BITCH!

This case has swept the nation in a frenzy of emotion and debate.  As far back as I can remember, there has never been a case like this that has moved entire countries the way that Caylee’s plight has.  This beautiful little girl went missing on June 16th, 2008 and was not even reported missing until July 15th, 2008.  Her mother, Casey Anthony, has lied to the authorities with every word she has spoken, has made no attempt to help locate her missing, and now presumed dead, daughter, and all through this has shown NO emotion in regards to the situation.  It has disgusted all of us at how cold of a monster Casey is proving herself to be and we are all saddened that even after all the forensic evidence and documentation that has come forward and been released since this case began, that she can still refuse to lead Law Enforcement to Caylee’s body so that this little baby can be put to rest properly.  We need to all stand together and remain the voice of Caylee, demanding justice be served and demanding that this baby be found and brought home.
